Send "My Draft Emails" automaticly with Workflow

Hi all,

I've created a workflow wich is able to create an E-Mail record with alle required infromation (from, to and subject). I am able to see all created E-Mail in my view "My Draft Email". When I open each of them and click "send" the E-Mail will sent vie my Outlook during the Synchronisation -> it works so far.

What I'd like to do is to send all draft E-Mail automaticly with using a workflow and I'v already created one (see Screenshot).

This process dosen't work.

All selected E-Mail are moving in "My Pending Email" with Status reason as "Pending Send". Normaly i should now get the Mails sent when I sinchronize my Outlook with CRM, but nothing happens.

When I open a draft Email and click on "Send" it works. The Email will sent from my Outlook.

Have anyoune an idea how can I solve this issue?

    You also need to set the No. of Delivery Attempts to 0 with an Update step - see gonzaloruizcrm.blogspot.co.uk/.../how-to-send-email-via-workflow-without.html

    Hello David,

    thank you for your advice. Now I've changed the E-Mail-Sender to our CRM-Status-User. This user has verified E-Mail-Adress which is registred as a Mailbox with "outgooing" as "Success".

    I have now same Problem like with my User before: Now when I click to "send" it works, I can receive the E-Mail, but when I start the Workflow to send all Draft-E-Mails together the Status Keep staying as "pending send".

    P.S. I get this message but I have no idea what i have to do or what does it mean

    "This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help."

    Do you have any Idea?

    I've used the create email trick for a long time ... but recently it has stopped working for me also - did you find a solution?

    (CRM Online 8.2.2.160 / Server Side Sync to Exchange Online)

    Hi,

    unfortunatly i couldn't finde any solution for it. Only in Connection with Outlook can I use the workflow (see Davids Suggestion). If I Change to Server side it doesn't work.

    I have found a solution, I use the crm workflowtools to sent the mails
