how can i find view shiped&invoiced sales order？

After I complete the shipment & invoice for my sales order, it disappears from the sales orders list. I've tried clearing all filters, but still can't find it. Is there a setting error somewhere? Additionally, as a system admin, how can I conveniently view the sales header table?

Hi,

When you ship and invoice order from the sales order screen it will automatically get deleted.

If you want to keep sales order, there are two ways -

1. You can archive orders so that it get saved in Sales Archive Documents.

2. You can ship from order screen and then create sales invoice to invoice the sales order.

(With step 2 it will keep sales order intact, shipment & Invoices will be completed).
