Summarize to GL - undo

for the Sales Module, We have post transactions to the gl on a transaction basis. However for a 2 week period of time the selection was "summarize to GL" and the detail is not listing in the GL activity. Is there a utility or any other way to get the transaction detail back into the GL?

Hi,

There is not a utility or any other method to automatically get the detail. Donnette's suggestion is probably the best answer depending on your volume. Given the error, you may want to check your security settings to make sure that setting cannot be changed by an unauthorized user.

You could:

1. Reverse the original entries

2. Import a journal entry with the details from the sub ledger.
