Business Card Scanner - AI Builder License Error

Hi all,

I am using Dynamics 365 Sales Premium License. For past few months, I have tried to use the Business Card Scanner function successfully.

When I am trying to scan business card last week, it suddenly pop me up an error of needing an AI builder license.

According the Licensing Guide, we should have a "Business Card Reader (10/user/month: pooled at tenant level)" for Sales Premium user.

I haven't scan business card in the current month, pretty sure that I haven't used a single of quota.

May I know if there is any place I can check the usage of the Business Card Reader? If there is any idea of why the Business Card Scanner suddenly with an AI builder error?

Hi Candy Lee,

This is a known issue comes from Microsoft. You need raise a ticket to contact Microsoft to resolve it.

Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
