dynamic content on dynamics 365 on Prem

Hi All,

I need to send a push notification from dynamics 365 on prem, but it has to be personalized. Meaning the message should be like (Hi {customer name}, You have received a message).

Is there a way to create a dynamic content from a custom entity like the one in the mail templates or i have to develop that from scratch? Please note that this is for the on-prem version not cloud.

Hi,

I guess that you mean to insert the dynamic content into an activity email instead of marketing email, right?

Hi Niya,

Thanks for your help, but my question about also a custom entity not the mail entity. I have a custom entity called push notification that needs to have a personalized content.
