Hello Dears,

I hope everyone is doing well,

I have a critical case, can we access the old version of the workflow history? for more clarification, we submitted a PO to the workflow and it went through the workflow for many steps, but we recalled it to update some notes then we submitted it again to the workflow, the current case is, we can check the new version of the workflow history, but we cannot access the old one, there is any way to find the old version of the workflow?

Hi,

can you try Navigating to Workflow History and Filter query =Contains check in Document field your PO number. You should find that workflow.

You may keep All and then put filter
