Hi, could you check the permissions that were set incorrectly on your C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder. That folder must not inherit permissions from its parent, and it must have only:
Administrators = Full ControlEveryone = Special (Read + Write only; not Read & execute or List folder contents)
These permissions must apply to "This folder only". Try to disable inheritance, remove access for SYSTEM and the Users group, and change Everyone's access to just Read and Write.
