I am getting an error for Lead qualification dialog as below.
Contact With Id = d06f0643-e48e-e611-80e9-c4346bad5060 Does Not Exist
This dialog is custom made and asking whether user wants to qualify Lead and create new Account (or select existing one) and Create new Contact (or Select existing one).
I am facing this error while i select New Account and New Contact.
Surprisingly, this issue does not occur for all.
Is there anyone who can help here ?

Check the following:
1. Do you have any plugins registered on preopportunitycreate or precontactcreate or preaccountcreate
2. check the security roles for users facing this issue and under leads contacts accounts & opportunity, provide them append and append to privileges
Hi Milan - This could be something related to security roles as well. If you are creating a new contact and a new Guid is generated, it may be the reason that currently logged in user doesn't have privileges to see that contact and you get this error. This is what I assume from this. Do you have any more details?
