i want to change scrolling window widht and height on button click or window pre event.
how can i achieve this?

Changing a scrolling window's width would not achieve anything as the fields do not size automatically, so you will just have blank space.
The width and height of a scrolling window can be tied to the parent window so it will resize when the window is resized.
The height will increase is multiples of the big line item and the big line item has to be a multiple of the small line item size.
I normally use per field resizing and just center the scrolling window horizontally and let it size vertically.
