Hi,
I'm creating an marketing email and customer journey to send form pro survey to contact, however, I noticed that the customer journey stuck it always showing processing 100%, processsed is 0%.
What could be the issue? I don't see any error in the Insight itself.
I also try if I just send marketing mail in journey without adding the form pro link, the email received but there is no link of the form pro survey.

Hi Teh,
Did you attach the survey link by adding a Forms Pro survey button element to marketing email?
Could your recipients receive marketing email even if it showing processing in customer journey?
Does this issue happen for each customer journey?
