Hi,
I'm creating an marketing email and customer journey to send form pro survey to contact, however, I noticed that the customer journey stuck it always showing processing 100%, processsed is 0%.

What could be the issue? I don't see any error in the Insight itself.
I also try if I just send marketing mail in journey without adding the form pro link, the email received but there is no link of the form pro survey.
