automatic filling of form fields in dynamics crm

Hi,

I want that the form fields are filled automatically and dynamically depending on the data entered by the user
per example if we have 3 fields A, B and C
if we enter the client name in the field A
B (address) and C (customer loyalty) are filled automatically
How we can do that?

    Hi,

    Workflows is the best way to do this , according to your example,

    let A is the customer name.

    B (address ) and  C (customer loyalty) must be present in the CRM some other record.

    Make A as the look up field for the other record, run the workflow to auto fill the remaining fields.

    Hi

    I did it, but doesn't work, the fields are not filled automatically. i had created the mapping between the entities, after i created the workflow but doesn't work

    What steps do you have in your Workflow?

    Is the address and loyalty data stored on the client record?

    Why do you want to copy this data anyway? Would you be better off displaying a Quick View form to show the current information about the client in the other record, rather than copying data all over the place? Or using Calculated fields to display the information from the parent record instead?

    (it would help if you were more specific in your description so we could be more precise with our answers - what record is being filled in here? What record is a "client"?)

    Hi,

    Ok, this is just un exemple about wath i want.

    In realty, my objectif is: when I would create a new product, and when I enter the provider name in the field I want the product price field proposed by the supplier fills automatically.

    I have already created an entity named Supplier and I did the mapping between the entity and the product supplier
