Copy Workflow Options for multiple LEs within same country

I have ~50+ legal entities in the same country (UK). All LEs having same configuration for workflow levels and threshold. Now got a request for a change. I need to open each LE workflow and make updates. This is taking really long time. I used Export and Import option however this creates a new workflow ID(updating VersionIDmapping also do not work) Do we have any easy option available to copy the setup of 1 workflow to all other legal entities.

    There is no easy solution for this out of the box. I was involved in an implementation where we needed the same workflow configuration for over 1500 legal entities. Indeed, the same experience as you have now with 50 legal entities and the creation of new workflow IDs. We did create a customization to solve the pain back then (based on AX2012).

    Hi,
    As Andre said, there is no built-in feature to directly copy the setup of a workflow from one legal entity (LE) to multiple other legal entities. Unfortunately, if you need to make updates to each LE's workflow individually, it can be time-consuming, especially when you have a large number of legal entities, so you may need code customization to complete your needs。
