Submitting a support ticket to Microsoft

Posted on by 85

Good afternoon-

Does anyone know how to submit a software support ticket for Dynamics NAV or 365 to Microsoft?  For the life of me (and everyone in our company), we cannot find a way to do this anymore.  We used to be able to search for answers and/or submit a question.  I have no idea how to do either of those anymore.  Any support request button I do find is really only for partner issues.....not issues with the actual software.  FYI -- We are a valid partner.

If anyone has the link/steps to do this, I would be extremely appreciative!  It is so frustrating trying to find out anything from them.

Thanks,

Diane

I found out why I don't see what you do.  We are an On-Premise partner.  What you are on is only for SAS partners.

For anyone else's information, the site to go to for On-Premise is:  support.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness.

Are you sure? Please see screenshot. I am able to select BC support for things like A/R, A/P, etc. However, please know this support requires a support plan.

Thanks, but that doesn't help me.  That’s for Power BI, Power Apps and the other Power Platform software.  I just want regular, old NAV or BC software support.  Things like A/R, A/P, Sales orders, Inventory, etc....

Try the Power Platform admin center > Help + Support > Select the product you need help with:
