We are working with a Business Unit structure. The option Business Unit Scoping is On
The structure is as follow:
My users are in the UK, DE, NL or BE unit. The contacts are as well in these units. So the Benelux and Europe unit have no contacts.
My questions: As a user of the NL unit, i want to create 1 segment for all contacts in the Benelux (so the contacts from NL & BE). How can i do this? At this moment i can only make a segment for the unit thats my primary unit (NL in this case). Via the the option /Record ownership across Business Units/ my user has rights in the Benelux and BE. In my contact view i can see these contacts.
Which actions do i have to take to make 1 segment for all contact in the Benelux.
Hi, Regarding your question, we conducted the following tests. 1. Three BUs were created, Benelux NL BE, BE NL belongs to Benelux's subsidiary BUs. 2. Changed the record owners for testing to NL and BE. 3. Create a segmentation with the following conditions According to our test we did reproduce your problem, maybe you need a Team whose user belongs to NL but joined in BE. Of course, the above is just our guess, we will test it and reply below if we have any new developments. Additionally, if this issue is already affecting your business, we recommend that you seek technical support from Microsoft using the link below. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support I hope my answer is helpful to you!
