customer insights build segment including all records of another segment

Hi everyone,

On the demo environment I notice how 'all records' are included on a segment.

I tried reproducing it like this

But that resulted in 0 (instead of 1.1M customers).

I'd like to use it to include all members of a segment (and then exclude members that are also in another segment).

How can I create this?

    Hi Paulien,

    I have noticed the same challenge. There has been an update to the segment builder and it seems that you have to select a field now. Not just a whole table.

    Not sure how to solve it.

    For my case I created a measure counting records for that customer, and then a segment with that measure >0. Not the most elegant way :-)

    Hello,

    I would recommend using "SegmentName.CustomerID is not empty" as a replacement to "SegmentName All records"

    Hope this helps.
