Error message in Financial reports (Management reports / FR)

Hi all,
 
I used to use Microsoft Edge to open FR designer. I haven't had the login page, there is error message as below.
 
Has anyone came across this error message and how to resolve it?

    This is a bug in 10.0.39.  There's a hotfix for it.
