https://trials.dynamics.com/ is taking a really long time to complete...

Usually it takes only a couple of minutes, but since a couple of weeks, it usually takes between 2 and 6 hours to complete.

Is that normal?

Where do I report this?

Since this is the first experience many potential new customers get about Business Central I can imagine you (Microsoft) might want to fix this asap...

    Hello,

    I do believe there is an issue that they are working on currently, at least via Communities I did report an issue where the page did not load at all. I can check again and report back status in this community forum.

    I have some very good feedback...

    Please start the signup with this URL:  go.microsoft.com/.../

    If the progress bar times out, try clicking on "Keep waiting".

    We've seen issues with "Keep waiting" throwing an error - devs are looking into it. So if you do get an error, just type this in the same browser window: businesscentral.dynamics.com/ Microsoft is updating the trials page to redirect to that same URL, hopefully today/tomorrow

    I tried it this morning and it only took 4 minutes to complete!

    -  it may still take up to 10 min for other signups as we have to apply latest BC hotfixes to all new signups before we let them in.

    Thank you so much Steven for sharing final answer.

    In CSS we do have other ways of getting trials so before we see this, we are not always aware.  This does really help.
