Inventory data query requried

hey

require inventory data with below fields as of December 31, 2018 from the SQL query.

 ITEM CODE/ NUMBER

DATE (RECEIVED , TRANSFERRED OR ISSUANCE)

Transaction Type (RECEIVED , TRANSFERRED OR ISSUANCE) it should include all kind of movements.  

Quantity

Value.

    Check the InventTrans table with non empty DatePhysical.
