Hi,
We have a number of Dynamics environments set up for development / system test etc.
The 'free' Portal Instance was provisioned on our Development environment and we purchased an additional add-on portal before the license changes for our System Test Environment (both CRM portals).
We have since provisioned an additional UAT portal as a PowerApps Portal ( due to the new licensing). We have noticed however that performance of the PowerApps Portal is significantly reduced compared to the CRM Portals.
We would assume that through continued use and as it is in Azure, it should scale up and handle the increased traffic / number of requests over time. Is this something anyone else has had experience of or can shed any light on?
Thanks
Hi,
There should not be a performance difference. But since you have mentioned that you are seeing some differences it might be due to temporary performance glitch at azure end.
If you continue to see the performance difference please share the complete details for further analysis.
Thanks,
