Change ship-to address on posted sales invoices

I need to have the ship-to address removed of the following posted sales invoices, belonging to sales order 702436

IN563603
IN563456
IN563078

Change field Address:
from: Fra Bone Beni*a (* = unsupported character)
to: Fra Bone Benica

Hey Marien,

I would suggest you to not change the Ship to Address Data at Posted Document and even system won't allow to do so.

Instead of doing this, you can please rename the Ship to Address code from Fra Bone Beni*a to Fra Bone Benica, System will update this at Posted Document as well.

Hi

I have gone through the solution provided by you as I am having the same issue.

I have tried the same as you suggested and I have 2 queries on it.

1) If the Customer doesn't has any Ship-to-Address (using the default address, mentioned in screenshot below, where Address code is null), here how could I change the address if I want to ?

2) The Customer Address has Ship-to-Code

Old Address in Posted Sale Invoice

Ship-to-Address (Old, which is wrong)

Now, I am renaming the Ship-to-Address code with amendments in the Address

Ship-to-Address (New, which is correct)

Now, if I open my Posted Sale Document the Ship-to-Address Code gets updated, however, the Address doesn't.

If you could help in this, that would be great.

Hi,

Thanks for the explanation, but unfortunately, I am not able to modify the address code on the posted sales invoice.

Also, there is no address code used on this invoice, as it was a custom address.

I have created an alternative ship-to address for this customer, code 000002. But I have no way of applying that to the posted sales invoice.
