Hello. Has anyone seen the following error when using the Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations dashboard? If so, tips for resolving? This began last week and to my knowledge, nothing has changed in the environment in question. Thanks in advance!
Hi partner,
You could check the following points first.
1.Check the permission to customers.
2.Check the permission to Ongoing Conversations dashboard.
3.Refer to this troubleshooting doc.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/troubleshoot-omnichannel-customer-service#an-error-occurred-in-the-communication-panel
We could not get the problem clear according to the error message, so if the error still exists, please raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team and let the engineers help you resolve the issue on server side.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Leo
This error is apparently caused by April 2020 update. To temporarily resolve, add the following string to the end of the url when the error appears.
&flags=FCB.GridNewFilter=false
Hi
Please could you check if Omnichannel is showing as 'Configured' in the D365 Administration Centre?
If it's not, and instead showing as 'NotConfigured', please add a Customer Service trail to your existing tenant (which will expire after 30 days).
You should then see the issue being fixed
