Hi team 
BC17 - Currently prints all documents to PDF once and downloads as a zip file , BC23 - Prints the  statements per 'Document Layout'  record Set against the specific customer  to PDF and downloads it the zip file , Previously we could set a number of Document layout for this report , it would have generated one PDF file.  is this behaviour changed? Is this the new and expected result?

    I am not sure I totally understood what you are trying to achieve here. You want the customer statement for all customers combined into one PDF file and zipped?
    Are you using BC online or BC on prem?
