On the crm4 zone we are experiencing issues when trying to access our CRM environment.

Anyone else has the same issue?

Do you have any error message/timestamp? Please note that according to public documentation, weekdays between 18:00 UTC and 03:00 UTC are "maintenance hours":

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/policies-communications#maintenance-timeline.

Hi PerezAguiar. Thanks for sharing. I knew that there are some hours for maintenance, but did not expect to have this.

I open a Critical ticket MS Support and they told me that it was an Outage. but I did not received any official reason or more explanations.

Now the system is up and runnning.
