I have setup server side sync and it is working, but I am looking to synchronize more that the previous 60 days of emails which is what the current organization limit seems to be set at ...
When I try to change the date in the Process Email From Field in the Email Server Profile to a date prior to 60 days I get:
Invalid Date
The date in the Process Email From field is earlier than what is allowed for your organization. Enter a date that is later than the one specified, and try again.
Does anybody know where the setting is to change this default 60 days to something greater or where to turn of this rule?
