Hi All,
Can anyone know how to print logo in POS receipt? if we put logo in receipt format it's stops printing.
Pinter model no- TM-T20II (Thermal POS printer) and we are using OPOS driver.

Images that are included in receipts using the Logo variable should be monochrome bitmap (.bmp) file types. If a .bmp image is specified in the receipt designer, but is not printing when sent to the printer, the file size may be too large or the pixel dimensions on the image are not compatible with the printer. If this occurs, try reducing the image file resolution.
Please check your logo file.

Search this forum for posts similar. Printing logos/images on receipts is pathetically implemented and buggy. I gave up trying to print logos reliably with multiple different printer types (epson/star)... However, super old POS systems have no problems whatsoever printing nearly any logo we throw at it on the same printers... Ultimately, if you don't get it to work in the first couple tries, its never going to.
