Hi Team,

hope this is a simple question!

in regards to a timeline on a case are you able to change the header details to created by instead of modified by?

The reason for the question

We are running a flow to clean up the notes HTML tagging so every note is tagged with the flow admin as modified by creating Confusion for the CSRs for note ownership

if we cannot change the header does anyone have a workaround?

Hello!

I have the same problem. So I need to change in the header details the modification date by creation date

I cannot create a new Card Note Form, or modify the fields on the Note Forms

Hi Partner,

you can change the header to "Created on" by following the mentioned steps

Needs to sort the activity based on “Date created” by navigating to Form Properties of main form and in the properties of Timeline control Select Sort timeline by “Date created” as per screenshot

After selection of sorting, In Additional options section change the values as shown in the screenshot

Make sure that for every activity which are added in timeline should have select the Card form for the same activity For e.g. For Email activity -> Email Card Form

In Card form for every activity, add the “Created on” Field in the header of the form as shown in screenshot

Save and publish the Changes

By default the Timeline will have the “Modify on” Time, however once we add the “Created on” Field it will start showing the “Created on” time. So it is necessary to select the correct card form and in every card form “Created on” field is added.

The problem is that the Activity Note does not have a Card Form. And I can't create new form for Note entity.

Hi Akash,

thank you for your reply, this is a solution for changing the activity entity the main driver for the time line is the note/annotation entity this and the answer you provided doesn't answer this. potentially this is by design and cannot be changed?

so far to any future readers to solve my problem I have just disabled the rich text formatting on the notes entity which means I do not need to now remove HTML tags as they do not exist.
