Hi,

I am getting an error while click on the Settle Open Transactions, error getting only for one particular customer.

Path: - Accounts Receivable>>Common>>Customers>>Collect>>Settle Open Transactions.

    Please talk to your development team. If the debugging window automatically opens then some code modification work might not completely be finished.

    Hi,

    I have spoke to my development team, they told me that if there are records in table SPECTRANS but not in CustTransOpen, such record should be deleted from the SpecTrans table.

    Yes, few records of particular customer is not available in CustTransOpen but same in SpecTrans table.

    Hi,

    Settlement is doing through Manual settlement process, few records are in SpecTrans but not available in CusTransOpen table. If we delete these records from SpecTrans table than may be we will get resolve this issue. Will keep you update on this.

    Hi, We have fixed this issue by deleting the records in SpecTrans Table.
