I have two instances of Dynamics 365 Marketing. I did this because i have two different Environments, which both need Dynamics 365 marketing to perform various functions. While i have been using the Dynamics 365 Marketing application successfully, i lost the ability to create segments in an environment when i switched it from sandbox to production. The issue i am experiencing doesn't make sense to me, and getting a hold of microsoft support/power automate support is nearly impossible. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I cannot access the "Manage" application feature, because i attempted to do an update on this system, and now it is stuck in an endless loop where my only option is to try to "retry" updating the dynamics marketing application, which has failed over and over again. at this point, i would be willing to uninstall marketing then reinstall it, but i do not have that option.
Any advice?

I apologize for not being more clear. I think i have found the root cause of the issue. Although my marketing says configured, it appears installation failed and i am stuck in an endless loop of trying to update the marketing platform. I believe ultimately because the marketing app was never properly installed it is throwing a bunch of errors now. the odd thing is, this was all working properly before, and suddenly started after i went into production from sandbox. I will consult with microsoft and see if they can end the re-try the update loop that i am stuck in, and uninstall marketing so i can reinstall on this environment.

Would you please explain what you mean by "lost the ability to create segments"?
Do you mean that the Segment function cannot be found in the production environment?
Maybe you could attach some screenshots to describe it more clearly.
