
CRM integration to Outlook lets users add tags to Email which lets us to track it through CRM .. Wanted to know if we can add more than 1 tag to an email. If so how.

By tagging if you mean 'set regarding'; it can only one record at a time.
Although when you do it in Outlook, it automatically shows related records but it would not be shown on web client. for e.g. if you see an email in outlook and track it, outlook will show related records in CRM, which can be used to set regarding
