Troubleshooting CRM Plugin for Outlook on Windows Server RDS

Good Day,

I am currently deploying the CRM 2016 plugin for Outlook to a Windows Terminal Server with roaming profiles enabled. Could the community direct me to any resources that may assist with troubleshooting non-responsive plugin behavior which is reoccurring for a specific user.

    Hi Community, I was able to resolve the problem by removing and re-adding the organisation in the Configuration editor.
