I have a user with the system admin security role and a resco mobile license activated, but unable to see the Woodford solution in the sitemap under Settings. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi LearningCRM,
Open each of the Woodford solution entities that you want to see under Settings and make sure that you have ticked Settings in the Areas that display this entity section.
I’ve seen this once or twice before. 1) are you sure the solution was successfully installed? 2). Have you cleared your browser cache? 3) you can try publishing all customizations. 4) what version of woodford is installed?
Let me know and we’ll go from there.
The odd thing is that I'm system admin, same roles, and I can see everything and can configure the woodford solution. The other user can't. Woodford version 11.2.2.0.
It sounds like a caching issues, especially if they can see other items as a system admin. Have you tried opening D365 in a private browsing session?
