Data migration and workflows

Hi experts,

I am preparing to migrate data from zoho crm   to a newly created crm online organisation.

The crm online contains some complex workflows ( with task completion, emails...)

The data to migrate are currently in use, and After migration, the users should be able to have all the " in progress" contact in the right step of workflows processus.

How Can i proceed  to migrate data with starting workflows instances for each migrated contact and put workflows in the correct stage/step depending on their currently states in zoho crm ?

    Hi

    You can import a record into a state or stage by getting these from the form, However I would say that contacts and accounts do not have a stage so you might need to look at that requirement first

    Hi Moinir, The workflows will fire as soon as the imported data triggers the workflow requirement, such as the Workflows entity field /status Triggers + Conditions. so as long as the imported data satisfies the condition and workflow triggers it will set the workflow into the relevant stages.
