Payment Journal Cannot Post

Hello Everyone 
 
How can I resolve this business central error when i want to post a payment journal, i get the error: "The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in the G/L Entry table. Check where and how the CONSISTENT function is used in the transaction to find the reason for the error. Contact your system administrator. Tables can be marked as inconsistent during comprehensive tasks, such as posting. This prevents data from being updated incorrectly."

    Hi Guys,
     
    I have been able to resolve the problem. Apparently the user didn't apply the GL attached dimension during journal posting. Though I find it strange that the error didn't specify that it is a dimension problem but rather made it an INCONSISTENT problem.

    go to the payment journal, and check per screenshot, if the payment is applied correctly to the invoice, the total balance should be zero.
    If user is missing filling out a field such as balance account, BC will show such error

    This error is a bit tricky because it means your journal is not balanced due to something. Ask your partner to debug for you. It could be a rounding issue, it could be a customisation issue.

    I suggest you ask the developers to debug this, it doesn't look like a standard issue.
