Cannot find custom workflow type for sales order

Hello everyone.

I am facing an issue with the "custom workflow" as I created a custom workflow for the sales order because there is no workflow from Microsoft for sales orders.

My idea was simple and just for training; the scenario revolved around executing a workflow when creating a new sales order. I followed the steps mentioned in this video and completed all the steps mentioned, and these images illustrate my workflow:

As you can see in the last image, I cannot find the workflow type in this list.

I hope you can assist me with this matter, and if there is any missing information that I haven't mentioned, please let me know so I can include it in another comment.

Hi,

Did you try to do full build for your model? if no try to do full build and synchronize the Database.

Hi Ali,

On your workflow category, you can change the module to "Sales Order" on the dropdown and retry. Alternatively, you can also change the module to "AccountReceivable" since the form "SalesListPage" for sales order is also replicated there, so it serves the same purpose.

Try these options and you should be fine.

Have you tried a full build and DB sync?

Make these changes, do a full build and DB sync and everything should be fine.

Hi Ali,

Try to reset usage data (to clear the cache), and now what is the module on your category? Can you share your workflow type properties?

I have reset the usage data, but I am still unable to find the custom workflow type. Attached are the screenshots of the module I am working on and the workflow type properties.

Did you try to find your type on Account receivable module workflow screen? As you chose Account receivable module

Hi Ali,

You changed the module to AccountReceivables, you did a full build and DB sync and can't find the workflow type in AR module when you try to create a new workflow?
