Multi-Tenant Web Services Security Console not working

Dynamics GP 2013. Installed multi-tenant services, installed web client, installed web services for multi-tenant. Web Management console working for Web Client and Tenant Services. We are able to log into the Web Client and get prompted to select the tenant. Right now 2 tenants configured, and both working correctly for the web client. Problem with Web Services on multi-tenant configuration. already tested both endpoints and able to connect. After opening the Dynamics Security Console, we select the Select Applications option, on the bottom status bar we can see Action in progress, hourglass working over the Microsoft Dynamics Security node on the left pane, but nothing happens. On the event viewer for the Dynamics log we get an exception message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Action: GetTenantList, Input parameters: domain\user (with correct domain and user name) We used the Sales Document (native) sample code to try to test it, and are getting a response from: if (wsDynamicsGP.MultitenantEnabled() == true) But when we try to get the tenant list, we get an error: tenants = wsDynamicsGP.GetTenantList(true); Three server topology: Server 1 = SQL, Server 2 = Tenant Services & GP Web Client & GP Web Services, Server 3 = GP Client w/Web Client Runtime & Session Service Thank you very much for the help

As it turns out, it does not matter how much time you have worked with any particular functionality, once it is upgraded, you must read again the manual. On page 34 of the WSInstallAdminGuide, there is a paragraph that states that the Web Services service user must be Delegating user in Tenant Services, and that it must already be a member of the DYNGRP group for each system and company database, prior to installing the Web Services.

It took some time to go through logs to figure this out, since I just went back to the manual to verify if I have missed it.

Also, while going through the Event Viewer, I realized the MSDTC was not setup to allow network DTC access.

    I hope this helps someone.
