Hi All , First of all happy new year .
I need to knew weather i can export all the GLs to excel or not .
if yes how ?

The short answer is yes, but the question for you is what should we understand by "GLs"? Are you referring to the chart of accounts? The account transactions? In any case, you should be able to use SmartList to address both.
I think you would have better luck using FRx than SmartList. FRx can output into an Excel worksheet.
Another idea is to hijaak one of the existing trial balance reports and change it in Report Writer so that an Excel friendly text file can be produced. For open years you could use the Trial Balance Worksheet report. I usually change this one because it often isn't used. The Quick Detail and the Quick Summary are also options.
If you don't fancy FRx, there's always AFA (advanced financial analysis). You can get a decent summary trial balance using this built-in financial statement creator. I like using this because it is built-in and you don't have to worry about installing another piece of software.
There are several options that do not require any SQL statements.
