Base Language packs

I am using a German Microsoft Dynamics 365 version 8 on-premises.

I have added the English language pack. However, when I go to Settings - > Customizations

I get this warning “ Solution and Publisher Options are not available since your language does not match system base language.”

Is there any way to see the solutions and publisher options in English if the base language is in German?

    Hello,

    This is by-design. In order to access customizations area, both UI and Base language of CRM must be same.
