Copilot in Sales and Service is returning values instead of label name

Hi, 
 
I am having a hard time understand what I need to do to enable Copilot in sales and service to return the label name for an option set vs the value. For example if I ask copilot the following question:
 
What is the status reason of a certain record it will return the value of '373760000' instead of the label name of 'New'.

 
This field is included in the quick find view for this table. Please advise!

    To have Copilot return the option set label (like "New") instead of the numeric value (like '373760000'), you need to:
    1. Ensure your option set metadata is properly synced and accessible to Copilot.
    2. Use custom prompts or configuration to instruct Copilot to map values to labels.
    3. Check if your environment supports semantic metadata enrichment for option sets.
    Currently, Copilot may return raw values if the mapping isn’t available. This feature is improving, so keep your system updated and watch for Microsoft updates on AI metadata handling.
