I',m wondering if it is possible to receive items in one warehouse and put it away in an different ones.
Our customer has 2 scenarios:
1.) Vendor arrives => purch order receiving of all items => Warehouse runs out of space => some items must be stored in an other warehouse on the same site.
2.) Vendor arrives => purch order receiving and ship it directly to a second warehouse baydoor for transferring it to a third warehouse on different site (similar to crossdocking)
All goods are received in one warehouse. From there all items should be distributed to multiple warehouses.
In my case it may help to generate transfer work if items are put to a certain location in the warehouse I am receiving the all goods, but I've no idea how to do that.
