I have a certain group of users with a security role that allows for contact creation however these users are not able to create contacts. Error is being displayed.

    Can  you share us the error details and also check if there are part of any teas and check the security role for teams as well.

    On the users role, please make sure that for the contact entity that "Append to" is marked, they obviously don't have that priviledge

    Hi,

    As per error log you need to provide Append To Privilege on entity 'ak_tier'.

    Open your security role which is assigned to user and then go to Custom Entity tab and provide above access. Once you provide this access you should be able to create contact.

    Can you please these GUID and check the User record.

    Can you please check Workflow owner and security role assigned to that user. Check if Workflow owner has Append To Priv on that entity,
