Spacing issues when replying to Case email

Hi,

We noticed in the last few days when a Tech Support team member replies to a case in our system that additional spacing is added. We think it may be related to an update to the editor applied by Microsoft.

So as an example, the reply looks like this;

thanks

thanks

There shouldnt be any gaps between the lines. So is there any quick way of fixing this?

    Thank you for your question and using the Commnity Forums

    Do you see this rich-text format on the TimeLine of the Case entity?

    It's possible to disable the new rich-text feature recently introduced on Wave 1 2020 release by turn off the 'Enable rich text notes in Timeline' System Setting from the Administration page

    Is this issue still persisting?

    You can submit support ticket with microsoft from admin.powerplatform,microsoft.com.

    Can you please send your CRM DB version.
