I have a problem with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, i found Microsoft CRM error report.

What should i do?

Could you share complete error details ?? or if there is no useful information, you can try to enable tracing and check for complete error details. You can use below tool

I tried upload the picture but the quality very low because can't upload image more than 64Kb.
Whether the CRM Diag Tool support for CRM 4.0?
Check that you don't have any draft quotes - this can prevent an opportunity from being closed.
