
Hi Everyone
Is it possible to create a workflow to update a date field called " Last communication date" based on date attached to Activity, phone call, notes or .... on a record like Contact or Account?
Or, do i need a plugin?

It sounds like you want to update a field on the customer whenever there's a new activity (of some types). You should be able to do that with a workflow.
If activities don't support workflows (I can't check at the moment), you would do the same thing but through a plugin.
