As shown in the screenshot, I have created an application user but I want to delete (or disable) it. According to the "Disable a User" section in this documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles, there is supposed to be a "disable" selection in the tool bar after I select the user I want to delete. However, in actual fact I cannot find anything similar. I have also tried to remove all the roles associated with this user, but even though the user cannot access any data by this, it is still considered as an "Enable User". How can I literally disable it?

Hi JaneLiu, did you ever get a resolution on this? I am also looking to disable/delete an APPLICATION USER in Dynamics 365, but have not found the documentation or community responses to be helpful.
Thanks,
Phil
Unfortunately, but your suggested solution cannot solve my problem because the user type that I want to delete/disable is "Application User". And the Office 365 admin center does not list Application Users
Go to the Office 365 admin center and disable them there.
To disable a user, remove a license from the user or remove the user from the security group that is associated with an instance of Customer Engagement apps. Removing a user from the security group doesn’t remove the user’s license. If you want to make the license available to another user, you have to remove the license from the disabled user.
I think you haven't read my question clearly. The link you gave is exactly the duplicate of the article in my question. And I already said this instruction does not work for me because in the Actions toolbar (as highlighted in the screenshot) there is no such option as Disable
