Error 0x80040265 occured while importing the Case Records in Case Resolution

Hi All,

I am getting below error while I am importing the Case Records in Case Resolution.

Error: -    

Description:- ISV code aborted the operation.

Error Code:- 0x80040265

More Information:- 

A validation error occurred. The length of the 'subject' attribute of the 'incidentresolution' entity exceeded the maximum allowed length of '200'.

    Thanks for response,

    I am unable to edit the subjectid field of Case Resolution entity.

    Can you please suggest for the same?

    Hi,

    As also suggested above, you either need to ensure that the subject you are putting while creating/updating is less than 200 characters or you need to increase the subject field length, You can do this within Customization >> Case Resolution entity >> Field >> Subject.

    There are multiple entities for case. Case Resolution is an entity. Check the length of the subject field in all entities so that the incoming data aligns. Sometimes people extend the length of subject in case, but forget about case resolution.
