When I assign lead to User 1 it works. and It doesn't work when I assign lead to User 2. Where is the problem.

    Hello Anil,

When you write `the assigning does not work`, do you mean you get an error message? Or that the workflow does not do any reassigning?

Can you please give us details on the workflow logic as well as on the leads it´s supposed to reassign?

I just created a new lead and select assign to another user or team. When I select User 1 it works but I select User 2 it doesn't. Both are system administrator role users.

    Anil,

What is the error message when it is nor working?

Well, if they are the Users with System Administrator role but not working for one of them and it is related to workflow, can you check the Scope, set to Organization if other than this.

    Hope this can help.

    Thank you.

    Hi Anil,

Open User Record and see if the Administration Tab. The Access Mode should be Read-Write.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks
