Email body coming blank to recipient

Hi,

Using MS Dynamic CRM 2015 Online

I am having this issue where in the recipients are receiving email with blank body. The normal email message content is also getting blank body. Everything is been configured correctly. we were receiving the emails correctly 2 days back but suddenly this issue occurred. Please suggest.

Have you updated the WF that sends that email? I've had that issue and had to re-do the "create email" step.

This is very OLD question, but did you ever get answer to this?

We have some end customers replying that they are getting blank emails from our CRM users.

Any suggestions/ideas will be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

Try deactivating your email workflow, removing the email body from the workflow step, and reactivating the workflow. After doing this deactivate the workflow again, add the email body in the workflow step, and finish by reactivating the workflow again.
