Have been using Firefox and would just like to mentions Notes do not display. Changing browser to IE resolved this issue.

This is not really a solution imo, but a workaround.
The problem is Microsoft itself, the note section text is defined as #0000 instead of the valid color tag #000000 inside the CSS file. Firefox apparently has problems with it since their last update.
Up to Microsoft to fix this css file.
I have time to deal with the topic and found a small workaround.
