Change type of date while loading

Posted on by

Hi Experts!!!

I am having problems with loading data.

I have created a test entity with three fields of date. Each one for each type of date, local user, Only date and Independent  hour zone.

Then I download the load template and fill with all of type of date.

When I upload this record, the system change the format date from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY. And consequently, the process load fails.

Example

Date Origin 29/09/2015

The data isn't neccesary format 09/29/2015 (in Spain format, it will be day 9 month 29 year2015)

I check CRM is in Spain time Zone, and the Excel ,I used, too.

I have checked to use the .CSV method and it works. But this method is more complex to end users (according their opinion)

Thanks in advanced!

Did you check if your time zone setting is correct, it will pick time zone of the importing user.
