Hi community,

May I ask when Users created a purchase Order and posted to Ship using a particular GL account, say 807300, on the 10th Jan, Then GL account 807300 was later  blocked on the 2nd Jan.  is there anyway to trigger user that the GL account is block, thus you can no longer proceed to make to Post to ship (GRN) the in Navision 2018?

Hi, Your screenshot is not showing properly.

    I did a simple test.

Post Receive for G/L Account line in Purchase Order.

    In Posted Purchase Receipt:

As KTA mentioned, this won't affect the account.

If we block this G/L Account at this time, the invoice will not be posted.

And you can not undo the G/L Account Lines.

So you have to cancel the block, wait for the posting to complete, and then block again.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

If you're using an account directly but it isn't an invoice, won't affect the account
